So much work...

I've been really busy this term.  I've had Bob Kato and Will Weston and haven't had time to post anything new.  So I promise at the end of term I will.  For the meantime here is a quick sketch for Will's class.

Excited about a new idea...

I'm really excited about a new technique I'm developing for creating illustrations both analog and digital. I'm hoping it'll work out the way I think it will. Here's a quick sketch of a character I'm going to test it out on. I'll post the results soon.

Couple of Illustrations from Term 2

She has a Knife!

This is an illustration from one of my classes this term.  I've been using acrylic inks a lot and I love them.  Using them in washes like watercolors, they are just wonderful!  I still have a few more illustrations to do for finals and I plan on using the same techniques.  I'll post them when I get them completed.

Couple of Life Drawings

Great model and she did some really dynamic poses. While in the midst of all my finals this is all I have time to post for now.

Killer Tree

This assignment was to draw a tree that looked murderous from a park or your own yard. Tried out some new ideas and I was pretty happy with the outcome!
